Journeyman and Apprentice Electrician Job Summary:

Journeyman and Apprentice Electrician Job Responsibilities:

• Hanging light fixtures/ballasts.
• Operating/spotting scissor and boom lifts on site.
• Assisting in troubleshooting electrical components, wiring diagrams, transformers, and motors.
• Helping to install, maintain, and repair electrical systems such as: electrical panels and lighting.
• Running/bending conduit & branching wire.

Journeyman and Apprentice Job Requirements:

• Commercial electrical experience
• Must know all color codes.
• Ability to trace short circuits in wiring using testing meters.
• Proficient in examining electrical units for loose connections by using basic hand tools.
• Able to construct controllers and panels using power drills, drill presses, taps, saws, and punches.
• All basic PPE: hard hat, safety glasses, boots, work gloves.
• All of your basic hand tools.
• Personal and reliable transportation.
