Project Assistant Job Summary:
MGA Employee Services is seeking an administrative professional for a Project Assistant position with a leading telecommunications company in Fort Worth, TX.  In this role you would be expected to assist the Project Manager and Office Manager in completing and coordinating standard daily tasks. You will:
  • Perform assigned word processing, general filing, timekeeping, records management, correspondence, and processing of project-related financial documents
  • Monitor and report project progress and related quality and safety issues
  • Assist with maintaining financial documents and data entry related to billing/invoicing
  • Serve as the first point-of-contact for customer and interface with customer representatives
  • Interact with and track project billing, reporting, and metrics (SPIs, KPIs, CPM)
  • Create and revise complex Excel spreadsheets, tables, charts, and graphs
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, arrange travel itineraries, and complete other daily office activities
We’re looking for:
  • A Project Assistant or Project Coordinator with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a telecommunications or construction administrative position
  • Experience in a billing or accounting position preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; intermediate to advanced Excel skills preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Experience in Bluebeam a huge plus
