Project Coordinator Job Summary:

MGA Employee Services is seeking a project coordinator for an opportunity available in Dallas, TX. This role offers competitive weekly pay and is a full-time temp-to-hire position. And as an MGA project coordinator, you're eligible for comprehensive benefits after just 30 days of full-time employment.  

You will:

  • Enter and dispatch work orders
  • Ensure work orders have been received by subcontractors, and verify the scheduled time and date of the work
  • Call subcontractors 24 hours after the scheduled completion date to verify completion or update the status
  • Enter accurate and complete notes in the system regarding correspondence with customers and subcontractors
  • Receive incoming phone calls and faxes
  • Close all service calls in the system when work is completed
  • Update customer web-based based portals
  • Acquire necessary materials in order to fully complete the job
  • Manage the dashboard and maintain customer as well as SLA requirements

What we are looking for:

  • A project coordinator with at least 1-year of experience (construction or electrical industry preferred)
  • The ability to learn electrical and lighting concepts
  • A willingness to be on the phone 40-50% of the day
  • Excellent computer skills with a 40wpm minimum typing speed
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent
  • At least 18 years of age or older
