Service Coordinator Job Summary:
MGA Employee Services is seeking an administrative professional with experience in the construction industry for an opportunity with one of the leading electrical companies in Dallas, TX. This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door with a dependable company while working a full-time, temp-to-hire position.

You will:

  • Input and dispatch work orders
  • Ensure work orders have been received by subcontractors, verify the scheduled time and date of the work
  • Call dispatched subcontractors 24 hours after the scheduled completion date to verify completion or update the status of work
  • Enter notes into a database regarding correspondence with customers and subcontractors and close service calls in the system when work is completed
  • Complete general admin duties such as receiving calls and faxes and responding to emails

We're looking for:

  • Basic computer proficiency with a minimum 40 wpm typing speed with no errors
  • Positive attitude and the ability to manage stressful situations
  • Willingness to be on the phone up to 50% of the day
  • Ability to learn basic electrical and lighting concepts
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent
  • At least 18 years of age
