Warehouse Coordinator Job Summary: 

MGA Employee Services seeks an experienced Warehouse Coordinator for an opportunity available in Concord, CA. In this role, you'll be responsible for coordinating transfers in and out of the warehouse and tracking all movements. 

  • Full-time, Monday - Friday (no weekends)

Warehouse Coordinator Responsibilities: 

  • Receiving and scheduling.
  • Process freight claims for incoming damaged equipment
  • Manage inventory accuracy through monitoring of daily warehouse activities and cycle counts
  • Maintain and promote high standards of customer service with internal and external inventory management
  • Accurately perform  receiving and shipping transactions as materials move through operations
  • Keep internal scorecard clean
  • Keep track of all printed shipper and transfers
  • Work with the logistics team to ensure high on-time delivery rate
  • Order validating
  • Daily Cash Log

Warehouse Coordinator Qualifications:

  • Associates degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of warehouse experience.
  • Forklift operating experience/certification preferred
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA procedures and practices​
  • Knowledge/understanding of Sage (CRT’s, XFR’s, Shippers, Stock Adjustments, Reports, Credit Memo’s, etc.)​
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
