Warranty Clerk Job Summary: 

MGA seeks an experienced Warranty Clerk for a full-time opportunity available in Sacramento, CA. In this role, you'll review detailed information, process corrections and ensure inaccuracies are resolved.

Warranty Clerk Responsibilities:

  • General data entry, processing and crediting Residential and Commercial Warranty claims.
  • Issue and track vendor credits
  • Provide customer support and problem resolution to dealers
  • Forward warranty standard documents to customers
  • Prepare and create spreadsheets; performing general alphanumerical filing
  • Communicate effectively with other team members, working directly with project site employees
  • Receive cash sale summaries
  • Reconcile COD accounts
  • Process transfers

Warranty Clerk Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Associate’s degree or a degree/certificate from a Technical School is preferred
  • Minimum 1-2 years of related administrative experience preferred
  • Basic computer knowledge and proficiency with the MS Office Suite
  • Knowledge in HVAC industry, service Bench, and Sage is a plus.
